We have not long returned from the beautiful city of Prague, where we spent Christmas day with a couple of good friends. Being from the southern hemisphere, a winter Christmas is quite a novelty, and Prague definitely provided the goods. Amid twinkling Christmas lights, mulled wine and roasted chestnuts (which I have to say, did not live up to expectations...overcooked potato, anyone?), the winter Christmas festivities were in full festive mode. Aside from all the lovely Christmassy stuff, Prague is a beautiful city to get lost in. Now for the next European adventure; bring on Barcelona!
